🏪Business Ownership
A player may only own one business on one character. Occasionally, the staff will decide that there is a need for a staff person to temporarily own a second business to ensure the availability or resources in county. Businesses must be maintained and will be repossessed by the Business Team if the owner does not log in for 2 weeks or is not regularly active (at staff discretion) and not regularly stocked. You will be given a warning prior to the repossession.
Business owners may take a leave of absence by opening a ticket and a manager can be assigned to cover the business temporarily. Alternatively, an owner can request via a ticket that the business be transferred to a manager who has been actively keeping the business stocked for longer than two weeks.
Stores
Business stores may only sell items that are in their crafting book.
Player stores are available at ticket request (but a player can only own a business OR a player store). Player stores are only available on a player's property. These stores may contain things you gather ONLY.
The exception to this is one of one items purchased. They may be yours or ones that you have explicit written permission to sell.
Jobs
You may only have 2 business jobs plus ONE government job (Cunningfolk, Peacekeeper, Veilguard, or Undertaker) per character.
Your job should not give you free access to materials that you need for another job. This is to create an economy that is interconnected and fair. Rule of thumb: If your JOB gives you materials or access to materials that you need for your other job or business, you must obtain materials from one by BUYING or TRADING between the two businesses in a way that matches closely with the economy.
