Home Ownership
Only one house can be owned per player, not per character.
Homes in the Badlands are rented, and rent must be paid monthly/bi-weekly. You may share homes but homes cannot be transferred from one player to another. They must be sold to the government and made available to all citizens to purchase.
To purchase a ranch, you must FIRST own the house that it is associated with. If you do not purchase the house first, the ranch will be repossessed with no refund given
