• IC and OOC are two different places. Don't bring IC conflict OOC and vice versa.

• Bullying, harassment, targeting, racism, bigotry, derogatory language, homophobic words or behavior are expressly prohibited.

• Disrespectful acts need to be done with caution and respect to those around. If someone is made to feel uncomfortable, please read the room and move away from said RP.

• Its 1899, expect swearing, just not of the bigoted type.

• This server is strictly 18+.

If a minor comes forward, they'll be removed but may return after their 18th birthday, given they have not broken other rules (pending a discussion with leadership).

If it is found out from anyone else, the minor will be permanently banned with no chance to return. We take this seriously for the safety of everyone in the community.

Respect your fellow community members and the staff. Be respectful to the other players and administrators. You should not infringe on others' capacity to enjoy the game.

Please remain respectful to all members of our community and help the staff by not stirring up drama on the discord. You are welcome to play an asshole character in county, but in the discord, we really want to have a kind and welcoming community, so please try and honor each other with respect and kindness.

Alternatively, our criminals keep our county interesting and fresh. If your character Annie hates John's character Sam Dugget in county, make sure to recognize that John is not Sam and while Sam might be an asshole, John is probably not. What happens IC stays IC. Let's appreciate our criminal element for keeping things interesting and not let IC beef leak into the discord. We’re interested in constructive criticism! We are really not interested in hearing bashing of our server or staff, or other players, other servers (we are friends and partners to a few!) former players or really anything else. We understand sometimes you need to blow off steam, but we'd prefer this happen in private, perhaps in a ticket.

Bullying, Harassment and Targeting Any form of harassment, intimidation, targeting or other harmful behavior towards another player, either individually or as a group, is strictly prohibited. We take this rule seriously and will act on this with the appropriate evidence provided. This includes in-game communications and/or actions, discord communications (chat channels or DMs), or any other external form of communications.

If a person or group is reported for bullying, they will face a minimum ban of 2 days. Subsequent violations will lead to permanent ban without possibility of appeal.

Targeting individuals for reporting an issue, retaliation or engaging in out-of-character (OOC) disputes is also a serious offense resulting in a 2-day ban. Subsequent violations will lead to a permanent ban without possibility of appeal.

Zero Tolerance Policy We have zero tolerance for racism, sexism, bigotry, homophobia, transphobia, derogatory language or or behavior, in or out of character. This is an inclusive community and if your discord profile includes racist, homophobic, sexist or otherwise bigoted content or images you may be denied entry into the community. We are serious about protecting our members from hate. In addition to the above, roleplay themes that include sexual assault or harassment, suicide or self-harm, bestiality, rape, infanticide or suicide are prohibited. Your character cannot shit or piss on people or their property.

If a person or group is reported for racism or bigotry there is a minimum of a 2-day ban, with the potential of a permanent ban, depending on circumstances.
