"Mama, I just killed a man..."

So, you chased down your foe and downed them. Now what? Here are some important do's and don'ts:

If a player is DOWNED by you in a PVP incident, they should be either - left there to fend for themselves, remain in place with a doctor called, or taken to a doctor or by an Undertaker (if dead), and left in their care - DO NOT RE-ENGAGE AND DO NOT PREVENT THEM FROM RE-SPAWNING OR REVIVING WITH MEDICAL HELP.
If you are a law enforcement official, you may take them to your headquarters before calling a medic.
Double-tapping is not appropriate - Do not shoot the incapacitated. They are already down and the additional gunshot is simply wasted bullets and may appear like trying to force a permadeath.
Torture requires EXPLICIT consent - explicitly, via use of whispers, or /me's. These are trackable so be sure to use them.
